A Russian Ilyushin Il-76 military transport plane crashed near the Ukrainian border on Wednesday. According to the Russian defense Ministry, it was carrying 65 Ukrainian prisoners to be exchanged for Russian captives.

The plane was carrying 74 people, including six crew and three guards when it crashed. There was no immediate information on the cause.

Last night, the Russian army launched another heavy missile attack on the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv with S-300 complexes. Pushkinskaya Street, the center of the city, has almost disappeared.
