The Ganja State Philharmonic Hall has launched the project “Cultural Heritage of the Nation” (Xalqın mədəni sərvəti). The project, which runs from January 8 to 14, features Fikrat Amirov, an outstanding Azerbaijani composer, the founder of the symphonic mugham genre in world music, Azernews reports.
