Foreign Ministers of the European Union (EU) member states will discuss the normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia at a meeting to be held today in Luxembourg. European Union (EU) High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Joseph Borrell told journalists before the meeting, Azernews reports.

“During the occupation, Armenia wanted to destroy hundreds of historical and cultural values of Azerbaijan, this is cultural genocide,” Emil Ahmadov, Second Secretary of the National Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan for UNESCO, said this during his speech at the First Annual Sub-regional Conference of the Volga-Caspian Silk Road Corridor took place in Baku, Azernews reports.
