As part of the process of reintegration of Karabakh Armenians, first of all, the registration of persons living in the region will be carried out. The reception of applications and the registration process will be carried out electronically by the State Migration Service through a special portal created for this purpose, according to Azerbaijan in Focus, reporting Turan, citing a statement by the presidential administration.
Pre-registration will create conditions for the effective use of all public services by Armenian residents, as well as meeting their socio-economic and humanitarian needs. For pre-registration, Armenian residents can contact the portal reintegration.gov.az or by means of the following means of communication (phone, WhatsApp, e-mail).

Azerbaijan received a request from the representatives of the Armenian residents living in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan for the allocation of appropriate vehicles for the transportation of civilians from Khankendi to Armenia, according to Azerbaijan in Focus, reporting AzerTac.
The Ministry of Digital Development and Transport said that these vehicles would be used to transport civilians living in Khankendi and nearby areas who do not have their own cars.
The request was accepted, and 30 buses were dispatched through the Aghdam-Asgaran-Khankendi road on September 28.
